Additional Cabin Policies:
There is a two night minimum for all cabins. A one night reservation is allowed but there is an additional fee of $45.
Assigned cabins are not guaranteed. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that warrant change in cabin numbers.
Management and owners are not responsible for accidents, injury to guests or their property, or the loss, theft or damage of any personal items. Management/Owner is not responsible for items left in unit after checkout.

A credit card will be kept on file for the duration of your stay and serves as authorization for management to use as a “Signature on file” for your credit card and any and all charges (including but not limited to: charges for any damages, repairs, extra cleaning expenses, damaged or missing items).

Reservation Rates:
Cabin rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is an extra $25 per night. (Kids 10 and under are free.) Pets are an additional $65 per stay per pet and are NOT allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms or on the linens. CABIN #3 is our ONLY Pet Friendly Cabin. All pets must be on leash when outside of the cabins on the property. We have an "off leash" area up in our pasture. If your pet follows voice commands and is not a danger to other pets, then they are welcome to run in the pasture.
DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN LINENS/BLANKETS:
For hygiene purposes we do NOT allow guests to bring their own bedding. We WASH EVERYTHING - EVERY TIME! We're NOT a hotel, we actually clean ALL the linens and comforters, EACH TIME. You may bring a "favorite pillow" but PLEASE put it inside a freshly cleaned pillowcase. We can supply one if needed.

Additional Pet Policies:
Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture or bedding. If evidence of such is detected, there will be an additional cost of $150 per piece of assessed furniture. Undeclared pets will be charged $150 per pet. If you are caught with an undeclared pet, you will forfeit the remainder of your time at The Cabins. Cabin #3 is our only pet friendly cabin. Animals cannot be left alone and unattended in the cabin at anytime. If you have a legal/papered Service Dog (this does NOT include an ESA) please call before booking - we will work with you.

Pets & Group rentals:
Unfortunately we do not allow pets on the property with group rentals. With our dozens upon dozens of family reunions, weddings and group events we have,unfortunately, stopped allowing pets during those times. We have found, on every instance, that someone unknowingly lets the pets into multiple cabins, even the non-pet friendly cabins. There is just too much going on and too many people to be aware that a pet is not allowed in cabins. We’ve had pets that are just too stimulated with all the goings on, that they will bark incessantly, potty in non-allowed areas, poop not getting cleaned up, etc etc. Not to say we don’t love dogs, just this is our experience with each group rental and we have put an end to it.

Wood Stoves & Fireplaces:
Our Cabins #1, #3 & #4 have open fireplaces and Cabin 5 has a wood stove. Adults are responsible for care of children when operating. The Cabins of Grand Mesa are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents. Guests assume responsibility for any injuries or damages from the operation of the wood stove / fireplaces also the firepits and grills outside the cabin. If you are not familiar with how to operate the fireplace or firepits, please call or text us for assistance. Please do NOT start a fire on the morning of checkout, these coals can be hot for hours after checkout and cause damage when unattended.

Cancellations:
Cancellations prior to 30 days can be refunded minus a 50% fee. Rescheduling is possible with management approval. Any cancellations closer than 30 days to date of arrival are non-refundable.

Check In/Out:
Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am. We are a small business and simply can not accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.

Vehicles & Tents:
There is one parking spot for each cabin additional vehicles will be charged $10 per day and management will have to direct you on where to park. Tents are allowed to be put up behind your cabin for an additional $25/tent/night.

No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in any of the cabins. There will be an additional fee of $500 if smoking is detected in any of the cabins. If you do smoke, please do so outside and at least 25 feet from any building/cabin, You are required to clean up after yourself. Our grounds are to remain clean of all litter including cigarette butts.

Internet / TV:
We do have WIFI ! An access code will be inside your cabin upon arrival.
We have Roku Smart TVs so if you have a streaming account - you can log into it and stream from The Cabins.
