Frequently Asked Questions:  

• Do the Cabins have blankets, linens and pillows?

  • Yes​

• Are the Cabins furnished?

  • Yes they are fully furnished.  Clean up after yourself, clean and put all dishes in the sink.   Please put Bathroom towels in a pile in the bathroom.​  Leave all the bedding and sheets on the bed and we will take care of the rest.  

• When is check-in and check-out?

  • 3pm check-in and 11am check-out​

• When are the quiet hours?

  • 10pm - 8am​

• What is the cancellation policy?

  • ​Cancellations prior to 30 days can be refunded minus a 50% fee. Within 30 days of your check in date, your payment is non-refundable, however in special circumstances, we could apply the charges to a future stay.

• Can we start campfires?

  • We provide a firepit for your enjoyment.  Please use caution when starting any fire.  If there happens to be a fire ban in effect​ no fires will be allowed.  Fees for damage to grass and landscaping resulting from fires or unauthorized fire pits, may be charged.

• Is there firewood available?

  • Yes, we provide you with some firewood, additional bundles are available for $6 - call/text to order more and we'll bring it down to you.

• Are there picnic tables?

  • Yes, each cabin has their own personal one and there are more in the common area.​

• Do we have to clean our site?

  • All trash must be taken to the provided dumpster on site.​

  • We provide dishes/pots/pans etc....if you use them, you need to wash them.  If you aren't big on doing dishes.....bring your own paper plates/utensils / pots&pans.  

• What are the restrictions?

  • Any guest who destroys cabin property or equipment, injures or inhibits the well being of others, or breaks any laws will be held liable for their actions and ​charged the full cost of any damages.

• Are pets allowed?

  • We allow well mannered pets.  We charge a $45 In Room Pet Fee - per pet.  This Fee allows your pet ACCESS inside the cabin. Cabin #3 & #5 are our only Pet Friendly Cabins.  If pets are found in Cabin #1, #2 or #4, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $150 and asked to leave immediately.  Pets are not allowed on the furniture, bedding, linens etc.  You will be required to use the lint roller provided to clean up before you go, if you need a vaccum cleaner to use, we can provide one as well. Any evidence of pets on our furniture, bedding, linens etc will result in an additional $150 per day per pet cleaning charge.  Pets must be on a leash while outside for the safety of other campers.  Please make sure to clean up after your pets outside as well.​  See our "Additional Cabin Policies" page for more info.  

• Are there age restrictions for children?​​

  • Parents are responsible for their children at all times.  Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent at all times.  All children must be in their cabin by 10pm.​

• Is there smoking allowed?

  • No smoking (of any kind) is allowed inside or within 25 feet any of the buildings.  Please make sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts.  See our "Additional Cabin Policies" page for more info.

• Are firearms allowed?

  • We welcome and support any law abiding firearm owners and the possession of their firearms in accordance with local, state and federal law​.  Laws regarding firearms shall be strictly enforced at all times.

• Is there wildlife on the property?

  • We are at the foot of Grand Mesa, so there will be animals passing at times.  You may see birds to squirrels, foxes to deer, wild turkeys and possibly bears.  Please be cautious and respect wildlife at all times.  Do not approach or feed any wild animals.​​

• Is there hunting or fishing on the property?

  • No but you are just 20 minutes away from over 300 lakes on top of the Grand Mesa.  You are also less then 30 minutes away from the Gold Medal waters of the Gunnison River in the Black Canyon.

• Is there a laundry facility?

  • No, but there is a laundromat in the town of Cedaredge.

• How many cars can we bring per reservation?​​

  • There is one designated spot per cabin reservation.  If there are additional vehicles in your group, we have overflow parking in the pasture but this is only available if you reserve ahead of time.

• Do you have room for a trailer so I can bring my atv,boat, or other toys?

  • We have extra parking in the pasture for your trucks and toys​
